Nowadays, it seems like everyone is trying to throw type systems on JavaScript, and for good reason!
Type Systems makes it easier to find bugs in code sooner by asserting what information can go in and
out of the code that we write. It's also a great way to get a development team on the same page
pretty quickly as they can see what types are defined and how to re-use them throughout the
codebase.

from those who've recently been hired, those who conduct interviews and screen applicants, and
recruiters who match skills with roles!
